James Baker-Phi Delta Theta

James Addison Baker III (born April 28, 1930), American politician and diplomat, was Chief of Staff in President Ronald Reagan's first administration, United States Secretary of the Treasury from 1985 to 1988 in the second Reagan administration, and Secretary of State in the administration of President George H. W. Bush. He is also the founder of the James Baker Institute.

Lloyd Bentsen-Sigma Nu

Lloyd Millard Bentsen Jr.,(February 11, 1921-May 23, 2006) was a four-term United States senator (1971 until 1993) from Texas and the Democratic Party nominee for Vice President in 1988. He also served in the House of Representatives from 1949 to 1955 and as Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and as U.S. Treasury Secretary.

Walter Cronkite-Chi Phi

Walter Leland Cronkite, Jr. (born November 4, 1916) is a retired American journalist, best known for his work as a television news anchorman. During his tenure at CBS Evening News, he was often cited in viewer opinion polls as "the most trusted man in America," because of his experience and professional demeanor.

Lloyd Doggett-Lambda Chi Alpha

Lloyd Alton Doggett (born October 6, 1946), has been a Democratic congressman representing Texas since 1995. He currently represents the 25th Congressional district. His political career began in 1973, when he was elected to the Texas State Senate, serving until 1985. Later, in 1989 he became both a justice on the Texas Supreme Court and an adjunct professor at the University of Texas Law School.



Tom Hicks-Sigma Phi Epsilon

Tom Hicks (b. 1946) is a Dallas businessman who owns and operates Southwest Sports Group, the company that owns the Texas Rangers, the Dallas Stars and the Mesquite Championship Rodeo. Hicks previously co-founded the investment firm, Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst in the late 1980s, but announced that he would leave the firm on March 8, 2004 to spend more time with his family and his sports teams.

Scott McClellan-Sigma Phi Epsilon

Scott McClellan (born February 14, 1968) is the former White House Press Secretary (2003-2006) for President George W. Bush. On April 19, 2006, McClellan announced that he would be leaving the Administration but that he would remain in the position of Press Secretary until a replacement is selected. Tony Snow was announced as McClellan's replacement on April 26, 2006.

Red McCombs-Alpha Tau Omega

Billy Joe "Red" McCombs (born 1927 in Spur, Texas) is the founder of the Red McCombs Automotive Group, a co-founder of Clear Channel Communications, a former owner of the San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, and the Minnesota Vikings, and the namesake of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He was named as one of Forbes magazine's top 400 richest Americans in 2005.

Matthew McConaughey-Delta Tau Delta

Matthew David McConaughey (born November 4, 1969) is an American actor. After a series of minor roles in the early 1990s, he came to fame after starring in several successful films, including A Time to Kill and U-571. He is known for having played the leading man in several hit romantic comedies, including The Wedding Planner (2001), How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (2003) and Failure to Launch (2006).

Rip Torn-Sigma Chi

Rip Torn (born February 6, 1931), born Elmore Rual Torn in Temple, Texas, may be best known for playing Agent Z in the feature film Men in Black, but has also starred in TV series such as HBO's The Larry Sanders Show. He has more recently appeared in the Ben Stiller movie Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story as Patches O'Houlihan.
