Briefly Describe Your Chapter's Philanthropy Event : In addition to five-digit sums following both the 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina disasters, Sigma Pi participates annually in an A.C.E. (Altruistic Campus Experience) project. For the past few years, we have coordinated efforts with local police, fire, and paramedic emergency response services to simulate on UT campus the scene of a drunk driving accident. The goal is to show students the atrocities that can be the consequence of making the decision to drink and drive so that we can hopefully help them to make the right decision in the future.

Briefly Describe Your Fraternity : The Gamma Theta Chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity is known as "A Brotherhood of Gentlemen." We work very hard to make sure that our chapter and each individual Brother live up to this reputation. We recruit men who embody the traits described in our Creed: Brotherhood, Truth and Justice, Scholarship, Chivalry, Culture, and Character. By uniting a group of men with all of these characteristics we have built a strong and growing Brotherhood, which we know will be of benefit to ourselves, our University, our community, and our country.
